How to invest in real estate crowdfunding with a company?

If you wish to invest in our operations, it is necessary to create an account. The creation of an account is fast and free.

  1. To create a company account, you must first identify yourself by providing your contact information (last name, first name, email address and phone number) and choose a password. You can then create a company account from your personal profile. How to create a company account?

 

  1. Fill in your personal information (address, date of birth, nationality, country of residence for tax purposes...) as well as your company information (SIRET, address).

 

  1. Upload the supporting documents necessary for the validation of your profile: a valid ID, a proof of address less than 3 months old, an extract from the trade register less than 3 months old, a copy of the latest certified statutes and the declaration of the company's beneficial owners to be filled in directly from your profile.

What is the tax treatment of real estate crowdfunding investments?

When you invest through a company, the interest paid by the platform is not subject to tax deductions. Raizers does not deduct any taxes on the payment of interest to a legal entity. However, you must declare this interest as "Financial Income", it will be subject to corporate tax.
