How to invest in real estate crowdfunding with a company?

If you wish to invest in our operations, it is necessary to create an account. The creation of an account is fast and free.

  1. To create a company account, you must first identify yourself by providing your contact information (last name, first name, email address and phone number) and choose a password. You can then create a company account from your personal profile. How to create a company account?

 

  1. Fill in your personal information (address, date of birth, nationality, country of residence for tax purposes...) as well as your company information (SIRET, address).

 

  1. Upload the supporting documents necessary for the validation of your profile: a valid ID, a proof of address less than 3 months old, an extract from the trade register less than 3 months old, a copy of the latest certified statutes and the declaration of the company's beneficial owners to be filled in directly from your profile.

 

  1. Complete the questionnaire to check that your investment project is suited to your investor profile.

 

Once your profile is completed and the documents approved, you will be notified by email of the validation of your profile and you will be able to credit your account in order toinvest in our real estate operations.

What is the tax treatment of real estate crowdfunding investments?

When you invest via a company, interest payments are not subject to Flat Tax. Raizers does not levy any tax on interest paid into a corporate account. You must, however, declare the interest as "Financial income", and it will be subject to tax according to your company's tax profile.
