Raizers joins the Empruntis Group, the French leader in financing brokers

To support its development, the real estate crowdfunding platform Raizers has joined the Empruntis Group, the leading French credit and insurance brokerage firm.

The Empruntis Group, which has been owned since the beginning of the year by a new shareholder structure consisting of the Bridgepoint investment fund and the Mentor Group (Michaux family), is positioning itself with Raizers on the buoyant real estate crowdfunding market in a context of Europeanization of the activity.

By joining forces with an expert in the sector such as the Empruntis Group, which includes the Empruntis, Partners Finances, ACE, Immopret, PRETUP networks, etc., the Raizers participatory financing platform benefits from a large origination network and thus increases its development opportunities both locally and on a European scale.

The networks of the Empruntis Group, composed of more than 1,000 employees with 330 brokerage agencies, benefit with Raizers from a new financing offer for its real estate professional customers.

The transaction was supported by the investment bank Avolta Partners, which has developed an expertise in M&A in the financial services and tech sectors.
