Organizer
Raizers, a company with capital of€900,000.00, whose registered office is located at15 Rue du Colonel Driant, 75001 Paris, registered withthe Paris Trade and Companies Registerunder number804 419 901(hereinafterthe"Organizer"), is organizing a contest for users who have invested on the Raizers platform via the SmartInvest tool, entitled "SmartInvest Prize Draw" (hereinafter the "Contest").
Duration
The Game will run fromDecember 17, 2025, at 12:00 a.m.toFebruary 17, 2026, at 11:59 p.m.inclusive (Paris time, GMT+1/2).
Terms and conditions of participation
The Contest is open to any natural person of legal age under French law on December 16, 2025, regardless of nationality, residing in metropolitan France (including Corsica). Participation is limited to one entry per person/participant and per household (same name and/or same postal address and/or same email address and/or same IP address) for the entire duration of the Contest.
The following are not eligible to participate in the Contest: employees of the Organizer, their spouses, descendants, and ascendants.
Terms and conditions of participation
To validate their participation, each user who has invested on the Raizers platform via the SmartInvest tool must:
- Answer a quizabout the Raizers platform sent by email the day after your investment.
Only investors who have fulfilled this condition will be considered as participating in the draw.
Any incomplete, incorrect, or late entries will be considered invalid. The use of automated systems is prohibited.
Lot
There is1 prizeup for grabs:
- Paymentto the investor's portfolio,up to a limit of €1,000 (including tax),of the amount of their investments made via SmartInvest during the Contest period.
Maximum value:€1,000 including tax.
The prize is neither exchangeable nor convertible into credit.
Determination of the winner
At the end of the Contest period, on February 17, 2026, a random draw will be conducted among all participants who answered 80% of the quiz questions correctly (i.e., 4/5 correct answers), using a random generator, under the supervision of Maître Xavier REYNAUD, associate judicial officer at the Chezeaubernard law firm located at 12 avenue Burdeau, 69250 Neuville-sur-Saône.
Notification of the winner and prize delivery
The winner will be contactedwithin two business daysafter the draw, byemailto the addressprovidedwhen registering on the Raizers platform.
The prize will becredited directly to the Raizers walletassociated with the winner's profilewithin approximately one monthof the date of the draw.
Controls and fraud prevention
The Organizer reserves the right to requestany supporting documentation(identity, address, eligibility) and to cancel the participation of any person who does not comply with these rules, attempts to cheat (multiple accounts, scripts, bots, etc.) or engages in malicious behavior.
Reimbursement of participation fees
No reimbursement of connection or investment costs is due to any participants, including the winner.
Liability
The Organizer cannot be held liable in the event ofa breakdown, malfunction, or interruptionof networks, websites, or services that prevent the Contest from running smoothly.
The Organizer mayshorten, extend, modify, orcancelthe Contest in the event of force majeure or an event beyond its control, without incurring any liability.
Personal data (GDPR)
- Data controller: the Organizer.
- Purpose: game management (verification of entries, draw, notification of winner), prize delivery.
- Legal basis: enforcement of the regulation (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- Recipients: internal departmentsand, where applicable, duly authorized service providers.
- Retention periods: duration of the Game + 1 month for the management of any disputes;marketing datauntilconsent is withdrawn(if applicable).
- Rights: access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction, portability; right to withdraw consent at any time.

Advertising and image rights
Unless expressly refused, the winner agrees thattheir first name/initialmay be published on the Organizer'ssocial media accounts and other media, without additional financial compensation.

Acceptance of the rules

Applicable law and jurisdiction
These regulations are subject toFrench law. Any dispute shall fall within the jurisdiction ofthe courts of the Paris Court of Appeal, after an attempt at amicable settlement.
