This means that the sum of the future flows and any instalments already paid corresponds to 50% of the estimated value of the remaining units. In the absence of a security interest, future flows are provisioned at 100% and therefore considered as zero. The presented risk-related cost is therefore particularly pessimistic because it does not take into account a higher recovery.
